The hotel has fantastic facilities, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Guests on the higher floors can enjoy splendid views of the surrounding area from their rooms. the hotel's location is convenient, and transportation links to the town and nearby tourist destinations are easily accessible.

Guests have reported that the staff's English proficiency needs improvement and communication could be difficult.

I had a great stay at this hotel in a new area. The facilities were the best; they were new, clean, stylish, and beautiful. The location was also excellent as transportation was convenient, with buses stopping frequently and almost right outside the hotel. the staff was friendly and always willing to help. the view from the restaurant was lovely, making breakfast there even better.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The large room was comfortable and had a good view from a high floor, while the breakfast was acceptable and provided a good start to the day. The area was also new and offered easy access to Bor town and the center via frequent buses that stopped nearby.

Communicating with the staff was difficult due to language barriers, and the entrance design and narrow driveway made it awkward to arrive with heavy luggage and for cars. Although the distance to the center was manageable for drivers, it took some time to walk to the heart of the town.
